• 8 x 10             $65.00/mo                    This unit is 80 sq.ft. and compares to a large walk-in closet or 1/2 of a one-car garage.  It will generally hold the furnishings of a one-bedroom apartment: approximately two rooms of furniture, a number of boxes, and possibly appliances.

• 8 X 20            $95.00/mo                     This unit is 160 square feet and compares to a small one-car garage.  It will house the furnishings of a two-bedroom apartment or small house. This unit will generally hold all furnishings and personal effects, with or without major appliances.

• 10 X 24          $105.00/mo                     This unit is 240 sq.ft. and is the approximate size of a standard one-car garage and will store all furnishings, including appliances from a two-bedroom home, along with a single automobile.

• 12 X 24          $115.00/mo                     This unit is 288 sq.ft. and will store the contents of a 40 foot (12 m) moving van, which could include furniture from a three or four-bedroom home, along with appliances and a car, truck or boat.

• 16 X 30          $179.00/mo                   This unit is 480 sq.ft. and will house  commercial inventory, construction materials or landscaping equipment,  or the contents of an entire larger home.

• 22 x 24          $199.00/mo                   This unit is 528 sq.ft. and will generally be used to store commercial inventory or equipment.

RV & Camper Parking

 

RVs and Campers are assigned a space in our secure gated outdoor parking area.  Each tenant is assigned a unique code that allows them to enter the facility 24 hours/day.

Boat Parking

Boats are assigned a numbered space in our secure gated outdoor parking area.  Each tenant is assigned a unique code that allows them to enter the facility 24 hours/day.

Each fall, on dates that will be announced, a shrink-wrapping service will be onsite at Pleasantville Storage to shrink-wrap boats for winter storage.
